Wealth Coherence
Welcome to Wealth Coherence, a podcast series exploring the art and science of living in true alignment. Join me, your host, Emily Bouchard, as I dive into deep conversations with thought leaders, visionaries, and everyday trailblazers who are redefining wealth beyond numbers — into a state of holistic well-being.
Through the lens of emotional, spiritual, physical, and intellectual health, we explore how these internal states shape our external expressions — our careers, relationships, philanthropy, and finances. When inner and outer worlds are in harmony, we experience coherence: a flow state of flourishing, fulfillment, and purpose-driven prosperity.
Whether you’re a seeker, a builder, or a steward of a meaningful life, Wealth Coherence invites you to align, thrive, and redefine what true wealth means to you.

Episode Summary |
In this episode of Wealth Coherence, Emily Bouchard is joined by Kim Llumiquinga for a thoughtful conversation on resilience and how it is developed over time. Together, they explore the role that challenge, discomfort, and lived experience play in shaping confidence, capability, and personal strength.
As families gain access to more resources, many of the natural friction points of life can quietly disappear. While often well-intentioned, removing struggle can also remove the very conditions that help individuals build resilience. Emily and Kim reflect on parenting, rising generation dynamics, and the balance between support and independence, sharing real examples of how resilience can be fostered intentionally.
The conversation highlights the importance of allowing space for mistakes, encouraging responsibility, and creating opportunities for meaningful contribution. At its core, resilience is not something that can be given. It is something that is built through experience, guidance, and trust over time.
This episode is an invitation to think more deeply about how resilience shows up within families, and how it can be nurtured in ways that support long-term growth, confidence, and coherence.

Pamela Teagarden is a former banker with graduate studies in psychology who believes the world works better when people are authentic.
With more than 25 years of experience across three continents — from contributing to PwC’s global leadership curriculum to advising VC-backed founders, Fortune 500 teams, scaling small-to-medium businesses, family enterprises, high-performing individuals, and tech sector roundtables — she has observed a consistent pattern:
Organizations rarely fail because people lack capability. They struggle because they cannot dynamically translate individual capabilities into predictive performance decisions.
To close that gap, Pamela developed Capability Intelligence™ — a practical framework that helps individuals and organizations position capabilities intentionally in daily performance. Her work enables people to operate closer to their natural strengths, both at their best and under rising pressure, creating more aligned leadership, stronger succession outcomes, and sustainable business success.
